Can I return a product?Our products are made with lots of love in Texas with high quality materials. We look forward to you loving our pillow bags as much as we do. However, CozySoul will accept a return if the product is defective within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping the defective product back to CozySoul at your own expense (expense of the customer). A refund will then be given once the defective item has been received back at CozySoul headquarters and is reviewed for defects. No other exchanges or refunds will be given.
