Our products are made with lots of love in Texas with high quality materials. We look forward to you loving our pillow bags as much as we do.
However, CozySoul will accept a return if the product is defective within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping the defective product back to CozySoul at your own expense (expense of the customer). A refund will then be given once the defective item has been received back at CozySoul headquarters and is reviewed for defects. No other exchanges or refunds will be given.
These bags are designed for kids and meant to carry light weight items such as a lightweight pillow, small blanket, stuffed animal or a book/tablet. If you overstuff the bag, you will put extra stress on the grommets and could potentially pull away from the fabric. Therefore, do not try to put heavy items in the bag or over stuff it to avoid these issues.
